Harvard residents earn academic honors

Scott Jarosz of Poor Farm Road, a member of the Class of 2020, has been named to the dean’s list at Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island, for the fall 2018 semester after earning at least a 3.55/4.0 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.

Marielle Avola of Bolton Road was named to Muhlenberg College’s fall 2018 dean’s list for maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Muhlenberg College is in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Kadin deRuijter of Stow Road was named to the dean’s list at Springfield College for the fall 2018 term, having maintained a GPA of at least 3.5 for the semester. DeRuijter is majoring in health promotion for schools and communities and communication.

Shannon O’Connor was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. O’Connor is a member of the Class of 2020.

Evan Bilafer of Candleberry Lane was named to the dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, for the 2018 fall semester. Bilafer, a biomedical engineering student, earned a GPA of 3.4 or greater.

Camden Maddalone of Park Lane was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio, after earning a GPA of at least 3.5.

Rainier Yano of Mass. Ave. was named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Henry DiNapoli of Mettacomett Path, an 11th-grader at Worcester Academy, was named to the honor roll and headmaster’s list for the first semester of the 2018-2019 school year.
