Thanks to the generous contribution of Fanfare, the music support organization in Harvard, Hildreth Elementary School now has 23 brand-new soprano ukuleles as well as a mobile ukulele storage cart. This contribution opens a brand-new dimension for experiencing and learning about music, which will continue to benefit students for many years.
Over the years, the support from Fanfare has been indispensable to the music program both at Hildreth Elementary and at the Bromfield schools. Fanfare has helped cover the costs of numerous instruments and repairs, music scores, and storage facilities. Fanfare members have helped share their own musical knowledge with students and have also helped with the organization of concerts. Fanfare has significantly helped improve the music program in Harvard.
