The Harvard Conservation Trust will welcome Chef Paul Correnty as its guest speaker at its annual meeting, Thursday, Nov. 1, at the Harvard Historical Society meetinghouse, 215 Still River Road. After the business meeting at 7 p.m., Chef Paul, author of “The Art of Cider Making,” will discuss the history, science, and pleasures of hard cider and will bring an assortment of hard ciders for tasting.
