Happiness
Happiness is….
Feeling the touch of a loving mother,
Sharing a hug with a sister or brother,
Putting a smile on someone’s face,
Hearing a song sung with passion and grace,
Listening to waves at the beach,
Biting into a freshly picked peach,
Whispering a secret in a trusted friend’s ear,
Writing a poem for the world to hear,
All of these things make me happy, it’s true,
But I am happiest when I am with you.
