Walkers from around the region gathered at the Harvard Congregational Church before setting off on the Great Food Walk of 2018. The walk is an annual fundraiser. Local food pantry Loaves & Fishes receives 90 percent of the proceeds, while Sharing Inc., a charity whose mission is to provide youth at risk with life-changing values and guidance, receives 10 percent. Though the weather was dreary, the walkers were undaunted.
