through the orchard rows
flurries of wind borne blossoms
fly like fragrant snow
alert pink petals
each translucent during dawn:
ears, Cottontail tall
Blackflies, mosquitoes,
tiny Deer Ticks quest my blood;
deet will plate their feast
seized between green leaves
Morris Huckleberries with
Cedar Waxwing beaks
tamed forsythia
excessive prune near put down
two Catbird nestlings
seals off Nauset beach:
Cape Cod – salt water taffy
Great Whites’ sweet delight
dental implants are
flattening the toothpaste tube
money squeezed away
Sun is bike’s chain ring
linking limbic system gears;
rolling, got me gone
