Glenn Steranka of White Lane graduated in May 2017 magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University, majoring in astronomy and physics and minoring in mathematics. Glenn was on the dean’s list for each semester. He also attended the University of Geneva in Switzerland and worked on a project at CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research) during a semester abroad. He was a recipient of the Center for Space Physics award for excellence in undergraduate research from the Department of Astronomy at Boston University. Glenn is employed at Wellesley College, working on a project analyzing data from the Cassini orbiter to learn more about the Saturn system.
