This week police made 11 traffic stops, which resulted in four citations, six warnings, and one summons. They also assisted three motorists with disabled vehicles. The ambulance crew responded to one medical emergency during the week and took one person to the hospital.

Someone called at 9:52 a.m. to speak with an officer about a press release.

Thursday, April 6:
A construction worker stopped at the station at 9:44 a.m. to report that three blast mats, valued at $2,000 each, had been stolen from a work site on Mill Road. Police are investigating. A Whitney Road resident called at 5:48 p.m. to report the theft of a political sign from the front yard.
Friday, April 7:
Stow police called at 10:09 a.m. to report a fallen tree on power lines on Finn Road near the town line. National Grid was called, and the Department of Public Works was dispatched to take care of the tree.
Saturday, April 8:
Someone called at 7:14 a.m. to report that a tree had fallen into the roadway on Pinnacle Road and had been pushed aside for the DPW to pick up. A resident on Glenview Drive called to report that his bank card had been lost or stolen. Boxborough police called at 11:17 a.m. after receiving a report of a possible domestic assault in progress in a white Mustang headed for Harvard. Police searched along Massachusetts Avenue but did not encounter the vehicle. A patrol officer stopped on Mass. Ave. near the Boxborough town line to remove a large garbage can from the road. A resident stopped at the station at 2:01 p.m. to speak with an officer about a problem with her child. An officer on patrol stopped at the Appleworks building at 9:15 p.m. to check on an occupied car parked there. The driver told the officer he was a worker at the nearby solar farm. A patrol officer stopped at the Bromfield School at 9:44 p.m. to advise some youths hanging out in the parking lot to move along.
Sunday, April 9:
Acting on a request from Clinton police, officers arrested a Harvard resident at 10:18 a.m. on charges related to a domestic incident in Clinton. At 5:22 p.m. a caller reported a tree down in the roadway on Warren Avenue. When police arrived, someone was already working on removing the tree. At 9:40 p.m. a patrol officer stopped to tell the occupants of a car parked at the Prospect Hill overlook that the area was closed after dark and to request that they leave the area.
Monday, April 10:
A Bolton Road resident called at 10:33 a.m. to report receiving a scam phone call.
