Well-adult and podiatry clinics
The Nashoba Associated Boards of Health in conjunction with the Harvard Board of Health will hold a well-adult clinic Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at St. Theresa’s Church. Drop in for a one-on-one consultation with a nurse and a blood pressure check. No appointment is necessary. For more information, call 978-772-3335 or visit www.nashoba.org.
The COA will host a podiatry clinic Monday, Jan. 30. Call to schedule an appointment. The fee is $30.
Tour and lunch at RiverCourt Residences
Visit RiverCourt Residences in West Groton Wednesday, Jan. 18, for a tour of RiverCourt’s independent- and assisted-living quarters and public areas, then enjoy a meal with some Harvard residents who now live there. The van will leave St. Theresa’s Church at 11 a.m. and will return after lunch.

Bach’s Lunch at Indian Hill
Join other seniors for an afternoon of music at Indian Hill in Littleton Thursday, Jan. 19. The program will be “A Musical Tribute to Fred Astaire.” Cookies and beverages will be provided. The van will leave St. Theresa’s Church at 12:45 and return at 3 p.m.
Trip to Moakley Courthouse
On Wednesday, Jan 25, seniors will travel to Boston’s North End for a guided tour of the John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse, where the Whitey Bulger and Boston Marathon bombing trials were held. Named for Congressman Joe Moakley, the building has won many design awards. Prior to the tour, participants may have lunch at any of the North End’s restaurants. The van will leave St. Theresa’s Church at 9:30 a.m. and will return to Harvard by 4:30 p.m. The van and tour are free.
