Years ago the town spent a large amount of money to move the center entry of the old library to the side of the building. I believe that it was an effort to create more room inside. Now, they want to move it back! Why? Surely, if a handicap entry is the problem, a ramp for the side entry would be possible and less expensive.
As far as I know, the use for the old library has not been decided. Could this be the cart before the horse and unnecessary spending?
