Williams joined RBT in 1999 with over 25 years of banking experience, focused on real estate lending. Outside of work, Dick was very active in the community. He was Chairman of the Affordable Housing Committee for Greater Gardner Community Development Corporation, and was also a member of the Housing Committee of the North Central MA CRA Coalition, the Twin City Community Development Corporation’s Loan Committee, and the Funds Distribution Panel for the United Way of North Central MA. His leadership in these organizations made a positive impact in the community.

Martin F. Connors, Jr., RBT’s President & CEO, said, “Dick had great insight into the mortgage market, treated every customer with care and compassion, and successfully navigated his department through an incredibly challenging housing market. RBT was very lucky to have him during this time, and he will be missed, both personally and professionally.”

Williams’ successor is Roberta Parker. In her 12 years with RBT, Parker has held a number of roles in the lending division, including Credit Analyst, Commercial Loan Officer, and Mortgage Originator.  “Bobbie has a well-rounded lending background. Her knowledge and experience will greatly benefit our mortgage customers,” said Connors.
