Celtic music concert at Unitarian Church

On Saturday, Aug. 27, at 7:30 p.m. the Celtic band Cantrip will entertain with a concert of music from Scotland and Ireland at the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church.

The three-member band will perform vocals and instrumentals with fiddle, guitar, mandolin, bagpipes, bouzouki, and flute. Performing on both sides of the Atlantic for more than a decade, Cantrip weaves together traditional and contemporary music to take audiences on a unique cultural journey. Cantrip is known for its innovative arrangements, unproduced sound, and wit.

Admission is $18 for adults and $6 for kids ages 12 and under. Tickets may be purchased at the door, or reserve seats by emailing stephgant@gmail.com. Half of all proceeds will benefit the Harvard Schools Trust.
