Thank you to the dozens of residents who attended the initial Charter Commission public hearing. The commission received a score of comments ranging from implementing changes to the town’s organizational structure, to providing professional support for volunteer boards, improving communication, increasing accountability, and preserving what is great about Harvard. Time will be set aside for public comment at the beginning of each of the commission’s bi-monthly meetings.
