Teachers at Hildreth Elementary School kicked off Autism Awareness Month with special T-shirts to show support and solidarity with people affected by autism. Autism is one of the fastest-growing developmental disorders in the United States and now affects one in 68 children and one in 42 boys, according to Autism Speaks, an autism advocacy organization.
