Zachary M. Marr, 22, of Harvard, formerly of Leominster, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016, in Boston.

Zach was born and raised in Leominster and was a graduate of Leominster High School in the Class of 2012. For the past two years, he had resided in Harvard with his father.

Zachary leaves his father, Matthew M. Marr, and Deborah Drummey of Harvard; his mother, Christine A. (Fortier) Marr, of Leominster; his sister, Danielle C. Marr, and her companion, Matthew Saunders, of Ayer; his maternal grandparents, Andre and Catherine Fortier; his great-uncle and the patriarch of the Marr family, Raymond, and his wife, Marilyn Marr, of Fort Myers, Florida; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Norman M. and Elizabeth Marr.

Zach was in his second semester at Mount Wachusett Community College and working full time at Quiet Logistics. He was strong willed, outgoing, and very friendly, and he had a special way of communicating with others, young and old. He loved to play soccer and golf and go camping in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Zachary will be truly missed by his entire family and all his friends.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at St. Anne’s Church, 75 King Street, Littleton. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery, Harvard.
