How do we increase independent living and lower costs for people with complex conditions? Healthcare leaders from New England and South Dakota to discuss key issues and possible solutions.
Senscio Systems, Inc., a healthcare tech startup that has developed an artificial intelligence-based services and support solution for managing complex-care conditions, is hosting an invitation-only roundtable conference on Nov. 17, 2015, at the Sheraton Hotel in Portsmouth, NH. The discussion will focus on how to provide stable, safe, institution-free, and cost-effective care for people with complex conditions. The participants, healthcare leaders from ACOs, hospitals, nonprofits, and government, will discuss the current unmet needs in care delivery found in their organizations and will determine how innovative, technology-based models can improve care to meet the standards of the Chronic Care Model.
Dr. Soeren Mattke, Managing Partner at RAND Health Advisory Services, will moderate the event with Dr. Piali De, CEO and co-founder of Senscio Systems, Inc. “Population ageing and improved survivability of many diseases means that we are faced with an increasing number of people living with complex chronic conditions,” said Soeren Mattke on the reasoning behind the topic for the roundtable. “We need to find ways to let them age in place, safely, conveniently, and cost-effectively.”
