After winning the Central Massachusetts District cross-country meet at Gardner Country Club on Nov. 14, Parker Charter sophomore Phoebe von Conta (#334) went on to place second in the Division 2 state meet at Stanley Park in Westfield this past Saturday with a personal best time of 18:23.64. Patrice Mitchell (#331), a senior at Parker Charter, also went on to run a personal best of 21:16.12 in the final cross-country event of her high school career; she placed 145th. The Parker girls team placed 10th overall. Nico Agosta, also a Parker student, ran a personal best, placing fourth with a time of 15:53.
