Highlights of what’s happening with the renovation of Town Hall over the next two weeks:
- Installation of blown-in insulation will be completed.
- The framing for the wheelchair lift on the second floor will be completed.
- The sagging beam in the boiler room will be repaired.
- New basement posts will be installed for structural support to the old addition on the back of the building.
- New copper gutters will be installed.
- Fire protection, HVAC, and the installation of electrical wiring and components will continue.
- Demolition of siding and some exterior wood trim that needs replacing will begin.
- Roof shingling will begin.
