Union College in Schenectady, New York, has announced that Jonathan Fobert of Candleberry Lane recently graduated as a member of Union’s Class of 2015, earning a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Jonathan is a 2011 graduate of the Bromfield School.
Assumption College in Worcester has announced that Michael Hazel and Margaret Rooney graduated as members of Assumption’s Class of 2015. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing and a minor in information technology. Margaret earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in human services and rehabilitation studies.
John and Peggy Zimmer, formerly of Harvard and now of South Lancaster, have announced the graduation from college of their sons, Josh and Matt Zimmer. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine with a dual bachelor’s degree in biological chemistry and mathematics. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Xi, and completed his honors thesis in biological chemistry. He will be working at Pfizer Corp. Matt graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
