Meeting for the first time since the April 7 Town Election, the School Committee’s first order of business on Monday evening was to choose its officers for the coming year. Committee members elected SusanMary Redinger to continue as chairwoman. Jennifer Bedford was elected vice chairwoman, and new member Mary Traphagen was elected secretary. Also new to the committee is Nancy Lancellotti.
In addition to Redinger and Bedford, Kirsten Wright returns for another year, as does Maureen Babcock, who was re-elected as the Devens representative last month by the Devens Education Advisory Council.
