After many years of living in Harvard without any major incident, we recently had to call for help on two separate occasions. Fortunately for us, we live in the great town of Harvard. In each case we had excellent assistance from the town’s emergency services personnel, on the first occasion from the dispatcher to the police and the EMT and ambulance squad, and on the second, the fire service and the systems inspector.
