T-shirt design contest
deadline Feb. 27
The 4th of July Committee is asking all Harvard students from preschool to grade 12 to submit artwork for this year’s T-shirt design competition. The theme this year is “Harvard Heroes” in honor of Harvard’s dedicated and professional police, firefighters, EMTs, ambulance drivers, and dispatchers. Students are invited to submit artwork portraying that theme. Two drawings will be chosen to be featured on the front and back of this year’s 4th of July T-shirt.
All entries must be on an 8½ x 11 standard sheet of paper, using black pen or pencil. It must be dark enough for the printer to pick up the design. The deadline is Friday, Feb. 27. Drop submissions in the collection boxes located in the offices of HES, Bromfield, and Town Hall. The two winners of the contest will ride in the 4th of July parade and receive a free T-shirt.
