Bromfield 2013 graduate Ben Senkowski, now a sophomore at the University of Connecticut’s School of Dramatic Arts, will be part of the cast of the Connecticut Repertory Theatre’s production of Caryl Churchill’s “Cloud 9.” The play contrasts the power, gender, and sexual boundaries of 19th-century Victorian imperialism in Africa against modern London’s sexual awakening 100 years later. Ben is cast as Joshua and Gerry. “Cloud 9” begins Thursday, Oct. 23, and runs through Nov. 2 at the University’s Studio Theatre. The production is not recommended for children.
