“People need to start thinking about winter squash,” advised Paul Willard of Willard Farm, where this week you’ll find acorn, butternut, buttercup, carnival, delicata, red kuri, and spaghetti squash. How do you choose a squash? Willard’s simple method: “If it looks good, it tastes good.”
