On the road with the COA
Monday, Oct. 20 to Thursday, Oct. 23: The COA will take a Diamond Tours trip to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This four-day, three-night trip will include a tour of Amish country, and a show at the Sight and Sound Millennium Theater. A $75. deposit, check made payable to Diamond Tours, will be required.

Try tai chi
A tai chi class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. at the Unitarian Church Fellowship Hall. Instructor Jeff Cote teaches a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. The cost is $40 a month for two classes a week, $20 for one class a week, or $5 per class.
Computer support is available
Every Tuesday and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., a knowledgeable volunteer will be in the computer lab at Hildreth House to answer technical questions. Call 978-456-4120 in advance if you need a specific kind of help.
