Bromfield athletes turned in some outstanding performances at the MIAA All-State Track Meet held Saturday, June 7, at Bridgewater State University. This meet featured the top 24 statewide athletes in each event and included competitors from large and small schools alike.
The best results of the day were logged by sophomore Carlisle Ferguson, who placed eighth in the pole vault, and Amy Hunter, who placed ninth in the triple jump. Price Day finished 12th in the one-mile, setting a new school record of 4:24.57 in the event. Ferguson will compete in the pole vault event at the New England High School Outdoor Track and Field Championships this Saturday, June 14, at Bridgewater, Mass.
