We would like to thank the many wonderful community members and organizations who have helped the Den 5 Cub Scouts along the way to achieve Cub Scouting’s highest award, the Arrow of Light. They took the time to work on specific badge requirements with the scouts and provided community service opportunities for them. Harvard has a lot of resources to offer, and this group of people generously shared their individual expertise with our 5th grade scouts. They are wonderful examples of the community spirit of Harvard: Abby Kingsbury, Mary Wilson, Debbie Thompson, Lucy Wallace, Sharon Correnty, Rachel Manley, Officer Greg Newman, Janet Vellente, Dr. Linda Dwight, Dr. Richard Thornton and MagneMotion, Harvard Public Library, Council on Aging, Center on the Common, Harvard Ambulance Squad, Congregational Church, St. Theresa Church, and the Harvard Conservation Trust.
