The selectmen are joining with Harvard’s Economic Development Committee, the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Massachusetts Office of Business Development to encourage business development in town. An informal gathering of state and town officials and local business owners will be held on Thursday, June 5, at 5:30 p.m. at the offices of Maugel Architects on Ayer Road. The purpose of the meeting is to devise an economic development strategy resulting in improved services and a commercial tax base in Harvard.
