Steve and Stella Matson of Withington Lane welcomed their first grandchild, Oliver Brian Griffin, who was born on Dec. 17, 2013, to Sara and Patrick Griffin of Melrose. He weighed in at 5 pounds, 13 ounces. Oliver is also the grandson of Dorothy and Joe Griffin of Belmont.
