Last Saturday’s freezing temperatures and chilly winds gave residents a not-so-gentle reminder that the local farm season, and along with it, the Harvard Farmers’ Market, was coming to a close. Although the familiar faces of the market vendors won’t be back in Harvard until next August, in many cases (with the exception of the produce vendors), you can still purchase their wares. Balance Rock Farm

Visit Balance Rock at its store at 104 Highland Street in Berlin. They continue to take orders for fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving.
Bliss Bakery
Visit Bliss at its new store at 134 Main Street in Groton. Bliss products are also available at the Harvard General Store.
Chef Paul’s Soup
Chef Paul will be selling soup via email from November to April. Students help make the soup, and profits benefit the school lunch program. Email identifying the next three soups and the pickup time and date will go out every two weeks. Pickup will be at Bromfield, generally late afternoon/early evening on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
