Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) opened its newest branch location at 24 Monument Square in Leominster back in April, but recently relocated the Bank’s Wealth Management and Commercial Lending Divisions to the 3-story office building in the heart of downtown Leominster. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held today to commemorate the completion of this major project.
The 18,500 square foot space was overseen by Linda Racine, EVP of RBT. “We used a local architect and area contractors, so we were able to support the region’s economy. In addition to the building project, we also deeded over land for Monoosnoc Brook to the City of Leominster, who is using grant money to beautify and preserve the waterway,” said Racine. She added that green materials were used in construction of the building, including the exterior panels, insulation, and lighting.
The branch features kiosks, which allow customers to have a more personalized experience than they would at a typical teller line. The kiosks have cash recyclers in them, which act as dispensers to make transactions more secure and efficient. There is also a walk-up ATM for 24/7 availability to cash and a night depository for business customers who want to make deposits outside of normal business hours.
The second floor of the building is where the Wealth Management division resides, and Commercial Lending is on the third floor. The central location of the building makes it easy for clients and prospects to meet with their bankers and advisors.
There are a number of conference rooms in the building, each named for something relative to the City of Leominster. Among them are the Chapman, Monoosnoc, and Twin City Rooms. The Bank will be open Monday through Saturday.
