graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University College of Engineering Friday, May 3, in a ceremony at the Boston Garden. She was awarded a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. Hawkes will begin employment with Pennichuck Corporation in Merrimack, N.H., next month. She is a 2008 Bromfield graduate and the daughter of Liz and Martin Hawkes of Woodside Road.
