Based on our knowledge and perspective as current and past leaders of volunteer government in Harvard, we as individuals support the Planning Board’s FY2014 initiative to hire a professional Town Planner. We strongly urge residents to vote in support of Warrant Article 10 at Annual Town Meeting on April 6, 2013.
