Bromfield Science Fair seeks community judges
Community judges are needed for the Bromfield Science Fair on Friday, Feb. 8, to help teachers review the projects and provide input to the students. Judging will require about two-and-a-half hours of time from 2:30 to 5 p.m. on Feb. 8. The Science Department will provide instructions prior to the day of the judging and will review information the day of the fair to help everyone be comfortable with the process and know how they can best contribute to the students. Helpful to the school, judging is also an opportunity to see some great student work.
Interested community members should send their names and contact information to Ellen Sachs Leicher at eslassoc61@aol.com along with the grades of any children at Bromfield so as to not be assigned to those grades, and preference of area of science to judge, if any. The areas of science include physics, chemistry, biology (non-environmental), earth science, ecology, and engineering.
