Commonwealth Ballet’s production of “The Nutcracker” runs Friday, Nov. 23 through Sunday, Nov. 25, at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. Featuring Harvard dancers Hannah Kline (dancing the roles of Chinese Soloist, Merliton, Snowflake, Party Teen, Flower, and Russian Corps), Kaia Bishop (Soldier), Sophie Gremley (Small Mouse), Emma Kassel (Neapolitan Corps), Barbara Kline (Frau Silberhaus), and Hannah Taylor (Mouse), and starring guest artists from the New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theatre.
Additional performances will be Dec. 7 through 9 at Regis College’s Casey Theatre in Weston. A traditional highlight for children is the opportunity to meet and obtain autographs from select dancers after the performance. Tickets are $20 to $35 and parking is free.
