Caroline Hart and Olivia MacLean have been selected to join the U.S. junior national rowing team. Caroline will race in the eight and Olivia in the double. The team will compete in the world championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, in mid-August. Both girls are Bromfield seniors.
Two other Bromfield-Acton-Boxboro rowers, sophomores Emily Erdos and Molly Hart, were invited to attend the Junior Development Camp, which just ended in New London, Ct. This camp provides coaches with an opportunity to evaluate the pool of athletes they are considering as potential candidates for next summer’s U.S. junior team.
