Positions up for a vote on the ballot are (incumbents in italics):
- Moderator (one one-year term): Robert Eubank, Old Schoolhouse Road.
- Selectman (one three-year term): Rhonda Sprague, Prospect Hill Road; Lucy Wallace, Orchard Hill.
- Cemetery Commissioner (one three-year term): Howard Sprague Sr., Prospect Hill Road.
- Community Preservation Committee (one three-year term): Deborah Thomson, Poor Farm Road.
- Harvard Board of Health (one three-year term): Sharon McCarthy, East Bare Hill Road; John Rizzo, Oak Hill Road.
- Library Trustee (two three-year terms): Davida Bagatelle, West Bare Hill Road; Christopher Frechette, Poor Farm Road.
- Park and Recreation Commissioner (two three-year terms): John Lee Jr., Ayer Road.
- Planning Board (two three-year terms): Joseph Hutchinson, Westcott Road; Timothy Schmoyer, Stow Road.
- Planning Board (one one-year term): Richard Marcello, Pinnacle Road.
- School Committee (two three-year terms)*: Patricia Wenger, Westcott Road; Sharon Cronin, Slough Road*; Robert Sullebarger, Simon Atherton Row.
- Town Clerk (one three-year term): Janet Vellante, Ann Lees Road.
- Tree Warden (one one-year term): Christian Bilodeau, Turner Lane.

In addition, there are two yes-or-no questions on the ballot:
- “Shall the Town of Harvard be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to fund the design, construction, reconstruction, renovation and historical preservation of the Harvard Town Hall, including, but not limited to handicapped accessibility improvements and the installation of a new heating ventilating and air conditioning system?”
- “Shall the Town of Harvard be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one half, so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued to reconstruct and repair Littleton County Road from Old Schoolhouse Road to the Littleton town line?”
*Sharon Cronin announced last week she was withdrawing from the race for School Committee and would not serve if elected.
