Fall prevention clinic
On Wednesday, Feb. 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Nancy Webber will present “Matter of Balance.” This program will include practice getting up and down from the floor and work on body mechanics and posture to help prevent falls and fractures. Members of the Harvard Ambulance Service will be on hand to guide.

- Wednesday, Feb. 15. The Council on Aging has been invited to view the new Wegman’s store in Northborough for lunch. It’s a market not like any other in the area. The van will leave from the Hildreth House at 10 a.m. and return by 2 p.m. Cost is $10.
- Friday, March 16. Plan ahead for spring and flowers as the Council on Aging travels to Boston for the annual Boston Flower and Garden Show. Leave behind the gray days of winter and explore the show for tips and ideas on adding the “wow factor” to your garden. The group will leave at 9 a.m. and return by 3 p.m. The trip will cost $30. Lunch is extra.
