On the For Art’s Sake website this month is a look at the photography of Jenny Watts. According to For Art’s Sake, her pictures have an editorial feel with imagery that one might find in young, hip fashion magazines and catalogs. Her inspiration comes from the music she listens to and the literature she reads in school.
For Art Sake’s September Artist of the Month, Leah Boudreau, is now being featured upstairs in the gallery at the General Store. Boudreau, a print maker who experiments with a variety of printing techniques on paper and fabric, also has a line of cards, pillows, and tote bags that she markets on Etsy.
