Alisia Bonnell of Poor Farm Road is one of several students who were honored for their achievements recently at California Lutheran University’s 40th annual Honors Day Banquet.
Bonnell, a communication major, was one of 11 students elected as new members of the Scholastic Honor Society, the highest academic honor at CLU. Upper division students qualify by maintaining a grade point average of at least 3.9 on a 4.0 scale. No more than 5 percent of the students from each graduating class are invited to participate.
