Caucus nominates candidates for three contested offices

With two exceptions, the candidates nominated by town caucus on Saturday signed the caucus nomination papers by the Tuesday deadline, leaving three contested races in this year’s town election:  Rick Dickson, who was nominated for the Water Commission, and Steve Finnegan, who was nominated for the Board of Health, both declined their nominations.

Candidates for contested races

  • Board of Selectmen (two three-year positions)—Ron Ricci (incumbent), Stu Sklar, and Marie Sobalvarro (incumbent)
  • Community Preservation Committee (two three-year positions )—Don Boyce (incumbent), Achmad “Didi” Chadran, and Debbie Ricci (incumbent) 
  • School Committee (two three-year positions)—Keith Cheveralls (incumbent), Steve Kendall, and SusanMary Redinger

Candidates for other offices

  • Moderator (one one-year position)—Bob Eubank (incumbent)
  • Cemetery Commission (one three-year position)—Jack Spero (incumbent)
  • Constable (one three-year posiiton)—Kerry Curley (incumbent)
  • Housing Authority (one five-year position)—no nominations
  • Library Trustee (two three-year positions)—Gail Coolidge, Charles Redinger
  • Parks and Recreation Commission (two three-year positions)—Anne McWaters
  • Planning Board (two three-year positions)—Michele Catalina (incumbent), Peter Brooks
  • Planning Board (one two-year position)—Craig Bardenheuer
  • Tree Warden (one one-year position)—Christian Bilodeau
  • Warner Free Lecture Trustee (two three-year positions)—Mary Maxwell
  • Water Commissioner (one three-year position)—no nominations
  • Water Commissioner (one two-year position)—no nominations
