Lincoln resident, father of Harvard man
Richard P. Winchell, 88, of Lincoln, died Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010.
Son of the late Guilbert and Evelyn (Saylor) Winchell, Richard is survived by his wife, Martha (Smith) Winchell of Lincoln; sons, David and his wife, Charlotte, of Harvard; Stephen and his wife, Martha, of Maryland; Peter and his wife, Maggie, of Minnesota; his daughter Linda and her husband, Timothy Lybarger, of Vermont; and two brothers, Dr. Gordon Winchell and Guilbert Winchell, both of Lincoln. He also leaves 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
