Bromfield students Moriah Arnold and Mimi Narbonne won first place in their respective events at the Junior Olympics qualifying track and field meet at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, Sunday, June 27. Arnold won the 100-meter hurdles in 16.59; Narbonne placed first in the 300-meter dash with a time of 59.56.
The wins qualify both girls to compete at the National Junior Olympics in Sacramento, Calif., July 28 to Aug. 2.
