Harvard residents named to deans’ lists

Katelyn Bigelow of Woodside Road, a sophomore at Gettysburg College, was named to the makes dean’s commendation list for outstanding academic achievement in the spring 2010 semester. Students with a quality point average of 3.33 or higher are placed on the  dean’s commendation list.

Drew University student Dana N. Bowling of Brown Road has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2010 semester. In order to qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a grade-point average of 3.4 or above.

Stephen R. Hardy of Ann Lees Road has been named to the spring 2010 dean’s list at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD, with highest honors. Highest honors are earned for a semester grade-point average of 3.9 or higher.

Laura Kvenvold of South Shaker Road was named to the dean’s list at Tufts University for the spring 2010 semester. Dean’s list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.

James Messina of Littleton Road, a philosophy major, was named to the “A” dean’s list at Wagner College in New York, having achieved a perfect 4.0 grade-point average for the spring 2010 semester.  

Scott Road resident Brett Miller, a senior accounting major at Bryant University, was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester.

Robert C. Williams, son of Doug and Beth Williams of Granite View Lane, was named to the dean’s list for the spring quarter at the Rochester Institute of Technology. A third-year student in RIT’s B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences, Williams is studing information systems technology, with a concentration in medical informatics and databases.

Anna Wahl, daughter of Michael and Kathleen Wahl of Depot Road and a member of the Class of 2013 at Skidmore College, earned highest honors for the spring semester. Highest honors are awarded for a quality point ratio of 3.67 or more from a possible 4.0.
