Program offered for stressed caregivers

On Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 1 p.m., Carol Jaillet, of Nashoba Homecare, will be at Hildreth House to discuss how to assist and improve a caregiver’s stress and how to care for oneself in order to stay happy and healthy.

Flu shot clinic planned

Representatives of Nashoba Nursing Services will be at Hildreth House Tuesday, Dec. 15, from 1 to 2 p.m. to administer immunization shots for pneumonia, influenza, and tetanus. Because there is a shortage of seasonal flu vaccine, anyone seeking flu immunization should call the Council on Aging office a day or two prior to the clinic to ensure there is availability.
