Looking for junk cars

September 25, 2009

The Harvard Fire Department and the Harvard Ambulance Service have a need for several junk cars to be used as part of the EMT training program sponsored by the ambulance squad. These vehicles will be used for extrication training, where student EMTs learn to extricate patients from vehicle crashes and how to use the “Jaws of Life.” Anyone who can help is invited to call Fire Chief Bob Mignard at 978-456-3648 or e-mail him at rmignard@Harvard.ma.us, or call Firefighter/EMT Andrew Perry at 978-456-1212.
