of Sholan Circle competed in the USA Swimming Eastern Zone Championships in State College, Pa. Aug. 12 to 15. Allen won six medals (three first-place, two second-place, and one third-place) in various heats. He is now the 12-and-Under New England/USA record holder for the 200-meter butterfly, with a time of 2:35:05 minutes
