Keith Turner presented the desire of Harvard cable subscribers to the selectmen for proper town programs similar to programs available in neighboring towns. His ability, background, and experience are well known. His attempts on the cable Committee to make changes and improvements have been blocked for so long he submitted his resignation. It is time another committee with Keith at its head to bring changes that most cable subscribers wish for but have been systematically denied.
