of Littleton Road was awarded a Teamsters Local 25 scholarship in the amount of $2,000 Sunday, May 18, at the Teamsters Local 25 Union Hall in Charlestown. A total of 28 scholarships, each in the amount of $2,000, were awarded to the sons and daughters of Teamsters Local 25 members. To be eligible for the scholarship each student must be a high school senior in 2008 and submit a completed application, including an essay and SAT scores.
Jamie, who graduates from Bromfield today, plans to attend LaFayette College in the fall.
