The trustees, corporators, staff, and volunteers of Fruitlands Museum thank Harvard voters for the very positive response to Warrant Article 25 at the recent Town Meeting. We also extend our thanks to the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals for their work on this bylaw. We believe the bylaw provides an equitable resolution of the zoning issues related to the museum’s operations. Moreover, it creates a solid basis for present and future co-operative relations between the town of Harvard and Fruitlands Museum. The bylaw allows Fruitlands to remain a vibrant and significant part of our community; at the same time, it allows the town of Harvard to properly regulate the Museum’s operations
